Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The product differs from your order details (e.g., incorrect personalization).
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the issue for faster resolution.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, orders enter production and cannot be canceled.
4. Incorrect Personalization Provided by Buyer
If the details provided during checkout are incorrect, we cannot offer refunds or replacements. Please ensure all details are accurate before submitting your order.
5. Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
